Restore Balance & Vitality

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and supported by modern understanding of the endocrine (hormonal) system, Systematic Kinesiology uses gentle, non-invasive muscle testing to identify imbalances within the body. By combining personalised nutrition, acupressure, fascia release, and emotional wellbeing support, Louise helps to uncover the underlying causes of physical symptoms, stress, trauma, fatigue, and performance limitations. Whether you are recovering from trauma, managing chronic health concerns, or looking to optimise sports performance and overall vitality, The Elemental Field provides a holistic, personalised approach designed to restore balance, improve resilience, and support long-term wellbeing.

Getting started

Louise lived and worked internationally from 2018–2026, beginning with relief work in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, an experience that deepened her connection to nature, community-led healing and the ocean. Before this, she worked in high-end hospitality and fine food in the UK, developing a strong foundation in bespoke client care, discretion and creating calm, supportive experiences. Her path into kinesiology was shaped by personal experience. Following the sudden loss of her father in 2016, running became both sanctuary and teacher, revealing how emotional experiences can be held within the body. While training for the London Marathon, a persistent injury led her to kinesiology, uncovering deeper nervous system and emotional stress. Louise later trained in Systematic Kinesiology while navigating her own health journey, bringing a grounded, compassionate and trauma-aware approach to supporting wellbeing.

Systematic Kinesiology is a UK-developed branch of kinesiology taught through the TASK Academy (The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology), integrating principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian theory, five-element philosophy and modern neurophysiology. Using gentle muscle testing, it works with the nervous system to identify underlying patterns affecting health and wellbeing. Nutrition and environmental influences are treated as core foundations of stability, recognising their direct impact on resilience and recovery. Louise’s work is trauma-aware and body-led, uniquely blending Systematic Kinesiology with somatic awareness, Thai Yoga Massage and locally rooted nutritional and environmental support, creating sessions that prioritise safety, integration and long-term balance rather than symptom management alone.

Sessions can support: Hormonal balance Stress & nervous system regulation Immune support Intestinal and digestive balance Bladder & pelvic balance Food Allergy Testing Musculoskeletal tension or discomfort, including the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, lower back, hips, knees and ankles Digestive and gut-related imbalances Stress-related or nervous system patterns held in the body Fatigue, overwhelm or difficulty fully resting and integrating experiences Pre- and post- ceremony preparation and integration

Medical science has long used muscle response testing to assess bodily functions, such as checking reflexes or pupil response. Systematic Kinesiology builds on this by using gentle muscle testing to evaluate how effectively the body’s systems – including lymphatic, vascular and digestive – are functioning. This non-intrusive approach views muscles within the context of the whole person. Mental stress, chemical imbalance, structural misalignment or disrupted energy can cause a muscle to weaken, forcing others to compensate. For example, stress while eating may contribute to indigestion or inflammation. By identifying and correcting these imbalances, positive balancing techniques can help restore harmony. When a corrected muscle tests strong again, the change is anchored in the body, often creating beneficial effects throughout multiple systems, far beyond the individual muscle tested.

Trauma is a moment of exposure, often leaving its deepest imprint in the body. In any moment, we may be more or less able to respond rather than react, and heightened reactivity can cause trauma to remain stored within the nervous system. Many of us carry experiences that continue to shape how our body feels and responds long after the event itself. Healing becomes possible when the nervous system is supported, heard, and given the space to unwind. Kinesiology offers a gentle yet powerful approach to supporting recovery from emotional or physical trauma by addressing body, mind and energy as a whole. Through non-invasive muscle testing, it identifies imbalances and stress patterns – emotional, structural, nutritional or energetic – and uses gentle corrections to restore balance, release tension and calm the nervous system. Louise’s deep-dive treatment plans aim to uncover root causes, creating lasting resilience, wellbeing and renewed vitality.

The number of sessions needed will vary depending on your individual health picture, history and goals. After our first consultation I will create a recommended treatment plan, outlining a proposed number of sessions that create space for you to move through your healing journey at your own pace. However, some people notice shifts after one treatment plan, while others benefit from a series of treatments to support deeper or longer-standing patterns, particularly clients living through chronic health issues or dealing with trauma. I typically recommend a minimum of three sessions, including a first consultation and energy tune-up or deep dive sessions for first time clients. Kinesiology works with the body at its own pace, allowing space for integration and lasting change rather than rushing the process. Sessions can also be used occasionally for ongoing support, balance and maintenance, depending on what feels most supportive for you.

Not usually. Any supplements recommended through kinesiology are intended as temporary support to help address specific imbalances or deficiencies within the body. The focus is always on supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function optimally, rather than creating ongoing reliance on supplements.

Every session begins with time and space. Chronic illness, injury and trauma are complex, and the body carries its own story. You are invited to share what feels relevant, at your own pace, so the session can be shaped around your individual needs without rush or judgement. As with all Systematic Kinesiology work, the first session focuses on supporting the nervous system. Through gentle, non-invasive muscle testing, pathways connected to the brain and spine are assessed to help the body settle, soften and feel at ease. Sessions may include nutritional testing, acupressure, lymphatic techniques, Thai Yoga Massage, neurovascular holding and somatic integration, all performed fully clothed. Held in a calm, supportive environment, the work allows physical tension, emotions and memories to be safely acknowledged and integrated. Afterwards, you will receive personalised recommendations to support ongoing balance and wellbeing.

Please wear warm, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. If you are attending an evening appointment you may wish to bring an extra layer so you can go home and cozy. Tea and water are provided, but if you need any extra support you are welcome to bring your own refreshments to the session. You will remain fully clothed throughout your session, including all kinesiology treatments, private yoga classes and Thai yoga massage.

Each month, Louise offers four sessions on a donation basis for those in crisis & facing financial difficulty. To enquire or apply, please get in touch directly.
